The Bloody Beginning The Bloody Beginning is an immersive experience that chronicles the death of creator Cynthia Von Buhler's great grandfather. As the "hostess with the mostess", it is 2 1/2 hours of improv guiding the audience through this tragic story and to say the least its plethora of colorful characters.

GenderBender I played a gum smacking, french manicured, long island cop who is not the sharpest crayon in the box. She busts a drug lord (pun intended) and falls for her favorite porn star in the feature film Gender Bender, directed by Richard Lampone and starring Eric Roberts & Gilbert Godfrey.

Zer My first underwater shoot and international film - I cannot wait to see the film Zer directed by Kasim Oz which will premiere at the Istanbul Film Festival. I had the honor to work opposite the talented Nik Xhelilaj.

The Ziegfeld Midnight Frolic What an adventurous year this was creating the role of Billie Burke! I did so much research and vocal training preparation. I really wanted to get Billie's voice spot on, capture her star power, and honor her tumultuous relationship with Ziegfeld. Her journey in the show was a real 3 hour immersive marathon each night; however, I made sure everything I said was based on something she wrote or said in life.  I could talk about the magic of this show for days - performing in the old Liberty theater and bringing Broadway history to life - but to say the least it was an honor playing "Mrs. Ziegfeld - never one of the girls."  Created by Cynthia Von Bhuler

Playing with Fire Things got steamy and reality was skewed in this immersive Strindberg adaptation directed by the passionate John Gould Rubin and set in the notorious venue The Box. We had several weeks of rehearsals including choreography and camera staging. Parts of the live show were broadcast on screens installed throughout the venue to enhance voyeuristic theme of the show.

Between   In theNYU short film, Between, directed by the talented Ansantewaa Prempeh, my character struggles with the choice to have an abortion. I was guided by Sante's beautiful direction and was so grateful for her patience on exploring all the emotions, feels, and thoughts when considering such a personal and hard decision.

Cold Axe Bitch  That's one cold Axe bitch! In this highly stylized commercial spec for Axe body spray, I play a 1940s Hollywood starlet who locks lips with someone else's man. Of course, paparazzi / bad press ensues and his lady comes after me - but wait, you will have to watch it to see the surprise twist! I just loved playing a glamazon in this gorgeous production directed by Samantha Light.

Clara & the Lost Woods In this haunting short, I play a girl who finds herself lost in the woods; however, these woods are not quite what they seem. Mystical creatures and unseen forces lure Clara and her companion deeper into the unknown.  Directed by Eduard Ordonez

Secret Lives of Stepford Wives "I can't speak Chinese!"  One of my favorite lines from this satirical tv show chronicling the true stories of murderous housewives who had it all. It is inspired by the works of Tim Burton and directed by one of my favorites - Jason Fischer. My episode follows the tragic demise of the notorious Nancy Kissell who drugged her husband with a milkshake, beat him with a buddha statue and then rolled him up in a carpet.

Opus d'Amour  Color, music, poetry, and controversy filled the letters between the famous Russian composer Alexander Scriabin and his young muse Tatiana Shliotzer. I had the honor of playing Tatiana and brought her letters to life while concert pianist Anna Forsythe played Scriabin's work and the white box was painted with colors honoring Scriabin's compositions and synesthesia.  Directed by Nadia Foskolou

10 Years Later   In collaboration with Girl Be Heard, 10 Years Later was a piece devised for the 10 year anniversary of 9-11. I wrote a piece about my experience as a military brat and witness to the sacrifices military families and children made after the attacks on the World Trade Center and the declaration of War on Terror.

The Seance Channeling Clara Bow, I "lost my head" as the trashy gold digging flapper Melanie Schrader in this 1920's horror film shot entirely on green screen. It was the bee knees working on a set which was originally the last theater that Houdini performed in before he died. The haunting of our set definitely added to the spookiness of this horror film.  Directed by Leigh Scott

Marat Sade   "Man's a mad animal"  In immersive adaptation of Peter Weiss's play, I created the role of a mute kleptomaniac. It was such a delight stealing things from the audience - jackets, handbags, jewelry - not to mention wonderful use of the clowning classes I took in school. Unfortunately, the audience were left to feel horrible once they reported my theft to the guards and I was punished for my crimes.  Directed by Jane Powell & Deena Kaye

The Quiet Ones The location of this film was a small town strip club in New Jersey called The Untouchables. We got to the location before closing hours and I sat and watched the dancers and their clients. It was hypnotizing. The Quiets Ones follows the story of two people in a seedy town who nightly feed each other a mirage. I play a stripper who loves to dance and knows how to take care of her clients. Unfortunately, her insecurities blind her from seeing the truth about a client who she considers a friend.  Directed by Brandon Nally

A Midsummer Nights Dream This was my favorite and I feel my best performance thus far. I drilled my lines as Helena until they became second nature and my spirit and voice were completely one with Shakespeare's text. There was this palpable electricity in the air every night and my favorite memory was dancing behind the curtain to the mixtape I had created for Helene and watching the audience be seated. Each performance the cast had the sheer joy of playing on a stage that was a foot deep in leaves. It was one of those productions were the cast, direction, and design exudes magic!
